The training sessions are essential to periodically evaluating workforce performance and providing the necessary technical knowledge to the benefit of safety, work quality and delivery times.

We undertake induction, health, safety & environment and maintenance training for new and current employees. Under the supervision of the Quality Control Director we offer:

• Initial training
• On the job training
• Recurrent training
• Technician and Supervisor training
• Trainers training

The training syllabus is custom made, based on workforce duties, the chain of command and select case studies, promoting efficiency, safety and teamwork. We strictly adhere to the Health & Safety directives regarding working environments and handling of specialized equipment.
